Goal |
What is the GOAL of the assignment? What will you be learning as you work on it? | In this problem, you are Tracing Action and Argument. You are noticing the flow of a block of text. |
Role |
What is your ROLE in the problem? Who are you? What are you to do? | Think about why you are paying attention to action and argument in this story? What are you doing? How will that role affect how you read the story? |
Situation |
What is the SITUATION in which you find yourself? Describe as much as you know. | |
Product or Performance |

What are you being asked to do? Make sure you know this and can say it in your own words.
